During the second flying weekend of the season in the Netherlands, the races were flown under excellent conditions. This once again resulted in great competitions and strong performances. One of the most notable victories was claimed by Robin Rigter from Eemnes.

For Robin Rigter, quite a lot has changed this season due to the changes within the division. However, what remains unchanged are his strong performances. Last weekend, he delivered one of the best results in the Netherlands with an impressive victory against 2.360 pigeons.

The eye-catcher of this performance was his top red hen. “Lady in Red”, who once again confirmed her class. This hen had already distinguished herself as a yearling 4th National Sector Issoudun against 8.321 pigeons to win and was already the first pigeon in the loft last week.

On the flight from Bierges (174 km), the following impressive result was achieved:

1-5-9-10-21-22-23-28-34-36-61-64-74-75-79 etc. tegen 2.360 duiven (22/28)

A result that not only underscores the form of the moment but also emphasizes the quality of this colony.

With this performance, Robin Rigter once again demonstrates that he belongs to the absolute top of the Netherlands.
